経歴

2001年に東工大理学部情報科学科 卒業、2003年に同じく東工大の 数理計算科学専攻の修士修了。2008年に同専攻において博士(理学)修了。 2008年4月より東工大学術国際情報センターにおいてポスドク研究員。 2009年8月より同センターにおいて助教。

研究

主に並列分散計算に関する研究を行ってきました。最近ではGPGPUや大規模環境の耐故障性など次世代HPCプラットフォームに関連するトピックに中心的に取り組んでいます。

現在JST CRESTプロジェクト「高性能・高生産性アプリケーションフレームワークによるポストペタスケール高性能計算の実現」の代表として大規模ヘテロジニアススパコンにおけるプログラミングモデルの研究プロジェクトを実施しております。詳細はプロジェクトウェブサイトをご覧ください。
